CPI Oil Separator for Industrial Oily Wastewater

Oily wastewater enters the CPI Oil Separator and flows through a pack of corrugated plates. The plate arrangement provides multiple separation surfaces and shortens the distance that oil droplets and settleable particles need to travel. Under gravity, free oil droplets rise along the plates and collect at the water surface, while heavier settleable solids move downward and accumulate in the lower section.

The separated oil and collected solids can then be removed through the corresponding project-designed collection arrangements. The treated water leaves the separator for discharge or further treatment, depending on the required water quality and the overall process design. Actual separation performance depends on factors such as oil characteristics, droplet size, suspended solids, temperature, flow conditions, and equipment configuration.
