The system operates on a robust two-stage combustion principle. Industrial waste is thermally decomposed in the primary chamber at high temperatures. The resulting combustion gases are then directed to a secondary chamber, where they are held at elevated temperatures with sufficient residence time to ensure complete oxidation of organic compounds. The critically cleaned gas subsequently undergoes a multi-stage purification process, including quenching, acid gas scrubbing, particulate filtration, and activated carbon adsorption, to remove all pollutants before atmospheric release.
